We only accept exchanges and refunds in cases where the product is damaged due to delivery errors.

Delivery and payment are made after delivery to a given address via Cargo Express or by picking up directly from the Vardarska Dolina Headquarters in Kurija Village, Negotino.

For International delivery we use UPS freight forwarder services with payment via invoice.
